Booking Procedure :
1) Method of online payment: Passenger is required to provide his/her credit card number and valid date for payment.
2) Indicate the tour code and departure date on the email booking form.
3) Passenger will be informed of the confirmation of booking, departure date, time and embarkation point by email.
4) Tour coordinator will confirm the eligibility of passenger before boarding. No extra receipt or voucher is needed for email booking.
5) All bookings should be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date.
6) All bookings are non-transferable.

Section II
Cancellations , amendments & refunds policy :
1) Passenger must inform us of cancellation with personal reason by email. Following charges will be applied:
Cancellation
24 hours prior to departure 50% of tour fare will be forfeited
Within 24 hours prior to departure 100% of tour fare will be forfeited
2) Request for alteration of departure date is not accepted if it is not made 24 hours prior to departure. Only one alteration is permitted.
3) Should Black rainstorm warning signal, No.3 or upward typhoon signal be issued or hoisted on the date of the tour it will be automatically cancelled.
4) Tour fee shall be fully refunded to passenger via credit card payment provided that the tour is cancelled due to Section II, point 3 or mechanical breakdown of the vessel.

Section III
Other terms & conditions :
1) Watertours of Hong Kong Limited ("Watertours") has organized and arranged some of these tours in conjunction with certain outside operators. Watertours does not accept any responsibility for the acts or omission of these outside operators.
2) Watertours does not accept any responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused to or suffered by any passenger as a result of the following: -
(a) any defect in a vehicle or vessel;
(b) sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, any change in advertised schedules or any other causes; or
(c) the act or default of any company or person carrying out any of the services or arrangements of any tour.
3) Please note that personal possessions are carried at the passenger's own risk at all times.
